David D. White has been practicing law since 1988 and is a member of the Arizona and Colorado Bar. Mr. White earned his B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University in 1987. He has successfully handled hundreds of cases including complex property division, community businesses, highly disputed custody cases, and cases with mixed property.

Prior to establishing his law practice in 1995, David worked for various personal injury firms. He has extensive knowledge and experience with Family Law, Personal Injury law and Appellate work.

Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. White was a high school teacher in Nebraska where he taught US and World History, American Government and Geography. Sundown White, who goes by Austin, is an associate attorney for the Law Offices of David D. White. Prior to becoming an attorney, he clerked for the Law Offices of David D. White while finishing his law degree. Although he has the same last name as David D. White, the two are not related.

Sundown is a skillful negotiator that prides himself in reaching favorable settlements for his clients in lieu of expensive litigation. Sundown focuses on providing personal service and nurturing an optimal attorney-client relationship. He will take the time to carefully explain the law, your options, and likelihood of success, as well as providing a cost benefit analysis.

Sundown earned a B.S. in both Business Management and Marketing from the Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, graduating summa cum laude. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He is a member of the Arizona Bar and State Bar of Arizona Family Law Section.
